Product Complaints for Online Purchases

If the received product is damaged or not in accordance with the contract, please send a description of the issue along with at least 5 photos. The photos should include: a picture of the label (usually located inside the product), a photo clearly showing the defect, and a general shot of the entire product. Please include the order or invoice number in the subject of your message to facilitate and speed up the processing of your claim.

The deadline for processing a complaint/return is 14 days from the receipt of the package at the central warehouse in Poland.
